This page is a written, public commitment to the first authors who publish on PageSpinners while the platform is still small and unproven. It exists so this promise doesn't rely on memory or goodwill alone.
Any author who publishes an approved story on PageSpinners is considered a Founding Author, until this program is formally closed and announced as such on this page. If closed, existing Founding Authors keep every benefit below regardless of when the program ends.
1. Earnings rate. Founding Authors keep 90% of what readers pay for their stories — a flat, permanent 10% platform fee, plus standard third-party payment processing fees charged by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). This 10% rate is locked in for Founding Authors for as long as PageSpinners exists. If PageSpinners introduces a higher platform fee for authors who join after this policy's last-updated date above, that higher rate will never apply retroactively to Founding Authors.
2. Founding Author badge. A permanent, visible badge on your public author profile, for as long as your account and PageSpinners both exist.
3. Direct input. Founding Authors can reach the platform's builder directly with feedback, and that feedback will be genuinely read and considered — though not every request can be built.
PageSpinners does not promise readers, income, retention, or discovery. As of this policy's last update, the platform has a small catalog and no meaningful organic traffic. Any audience an author builds comes primarily from their own effort and the platform's community features, not guaranteed visibility.
PageSpinners is currently operated by a single founder. Support, moderation, and dispute handling are handled personally, not by a team. Response times may vary.
The guarantees above, once granted to a Founding Author, will not be reduced or revoked for that author. This page may be updated to add clarity or new benefits, but never to take back what's already been promised here.
